Online Version of Audacity?

Is there any program online that will allow to record sound just as well as Audacity? I found a program called TwistedOnline but it just does not recognize my microphone. Is there any other program I can use?

I have a laptop and a Chromebase.
My laptop can only record games. It would be too much for it to handle if it were to record games AND my voice. So my chromebase will have to do the voice recording. Problem is it can't download programs because it's a desktop Chromebook basically.
