There are many speculations to why Onision is the way he is. Onision has spoken a lot in his earlier video, expressing some rather extreme views in regards to veganism, depression, etc. And they were all just him speaking to the camera. But in future videos, he does this in a more thought out fashion with sketches, so on and so forth.
The interactions that he has had with a lot of other Youtubers paint him as an extremist sociopath, someone who does all the bad stuff he does for attention (because publicity is publicity) or sometimes even both. I like his videos, even though I get offended by them. I guess its cause I got used to it after a while and the dark humor began to set in.
But it is true that whenever it comes to criticism, he does have a... different way of going about it. For example, during his live stream debates with his viewers about his content he sometime puts them in a corner to a place where we know that the other side couldn't answer in the current situation.
He is odd, but he's up there and popular. And more than likely he is going to stay like that.
I'm sorry to hear that he blocked you, its more extreme than I thought if he blocked you for just that. Ah well, if he can't take criticism, then that's his problem.
