Unless any network can guarantee you will earn more revenue than with YouTube then don't bother joining one at the stage where you are now.
 
TGS will be much better. The split may be a little better, but you will also have a much higher CPM. Try to negotiate a 80/20 split with them. They will probably go for it. Don't go with Machinima right now. Until they get their stuff together, no one should partner with them.
