I haven't used it for streaming yet. And was wondering about that as far as quality, but I haven't heard anything bad yet. Maybe after a little while I'll upgrade to bandicam

Quality wise for my streams I was able to get to 1080p pretty easily when I was streaming on twitch pretty heavily. The ability to add overlay type stuff was really nice as well. Gives the stream a little flare. I recently have started to use Audacity to capture my audio and then sync it with my OBS video. There are a couple of good tricks to make that easier.
