It's probably your internet provider who dosen't provide enough upload! :) so buying a internet with greater upload might fix the problem :)

What's your upload speed?
Time Warner Cable is my provider and it was saying my upload speed was like 1.6 mbps as my upload speed[DOUBLEPOST=1391776830,1391776702][/DOUBLEPOST]

easier said then done. its a monopoly business. we've got 2 providers, Windstream and Timewarner in my area. :/

You should be able to stream in 720P HD with a decent bit rate, try messing with bit rate settings and quality settings.

Aw well then that could be a problem! XD

It could just as well be your computer. A older PC can not keep up with live streaming HD quality. Although, if your upload is 1.6, then I would be shooting for about 1100-1200 bitrate. That way you can play your game as well as stream.

Usually the 3 things I would say you need to stream efficently are:

1) A decent process for encoding the footage.
2) A decent upload speed to stop frames dropping and run smoothly.
3) A good amount of RAM for running external programs and such.
