OBS Settings

Feel free to post your OBS file output settings here because I have been struggling to get them right recently and I feel this could help alot of you out if you know the optimum settings for your preferences.
 
I generally use OBS for streaming only and use fraps to record.
I don't really like OBS recording. But I'll dig up my setup... later.
 
Ok. cool the only reason I use OBS is so that I can save it as mp4 because my vegas pro 12 will not read avi files all of a sudden so unless I can find something better im sticking with it at the moment
