Notify Subscribers?

Is there a way I can give all my subscribers a notification that a new video has been uploaded to my channel? I used to get a notification when some of the channels I've subscribed to have uploaded a new video, just wondering if anyone knows if there's a way I can do this. :)

I'm pretty sure they have an option of getting emails when a new video comes out. It would be really cool if we had an option for big releases of videos or something like that.
 
If u go on somebody's channel on moblie, you can see a little bell icon next to the subscribe button. If they press that they get a notification every time you upload
 
The only way is to ask them for their emails may be by offering them something special (unlisted episode etc.). YouTube normally informs only small fraction of your subs for a new upload.

Can you imagine if you subscribed to a magazine and they sent you only the issues they thought you'd be SUPER interested in? Ha.
 
There is a bell on mobile youtube on every youtube channels home page. If they click that bell, it tells them right when you upload on there phone. You have to tell them to click it
