Hey!

So I am stuck at 260 subscribers and it sucks. I mean, the number is pretty good compared to what I thought I was going to have but like many Youtubers, I do want to keep moving up.

I have been stuck on 260 for a week or two now and I'm out of ideas. Should I upload certain videos? Should I advertise? Should I poke people?

Any tips on how to get my channel moving again? Or advice?

ive been stuck at 224 for a few days and it boosted up and i got 227 now, I know its not that much but, just wait..also make videos, and make them as good as you can! And Advertise anywhere you can :)
 
I've been stuck at 25 for a few days so I know the feeling haha. I guess sometimes there's just those periods of slowness, but surely enough you'll have a day with like 4 or 5 subs in one day so it'll all balance out in the end. Just keep making the videos and try not to worry too much about the subs!
 
I was stuck at the number 287 for so long that I was sure I was never going to get another subscriber and I thought to myself "well this is it for me". It was weeks...maybe even months. My climb to 300 was incredibly slow! So I feel your pain, but just hang in there :)

In my experience, people do not enjoy being poked. I tried it on my siblings in the car as a child, and I think only one of them subscribed to me after that ;)
You'll get past it, just keep uploading and networking.
 
If you haven't got a really specific upload schedule, then I really think that helps, ALOT. Also yes, advertising your channel on other forums online that are related to what you talk about is always a good idea too. If you have facebook maybe share it with friends and ask them to share it on their pages too :)
 
Jut keep making the videos and don't even worry about the subs. Get to the point where subs don't matter and then when you get them, it'll be a nice surprise.
 
Thanks for the advice! :) Glad to know I'm not the only one and I'll just keep on making videos! This really helps me because I often forget that I'm making videos for fun and it's become more of a duty to get more subscribers but this brought me back to Earth. Thanks! :)
