Not enough videos for partnership?

I applied with my old channel for partnership, because I had all requirements but I received a mail that says "Please upload more content, then reapply."

How many videos do you need to have to apply for partner?

it's the weirdest thing I have seen in a while xD
 
Usually a reasonable amount would be 10 videos, who did you apply to? If it is a huge network they will probably wan't you to have uploaded about 50 videos, some say 500! It's real crazy, it's not about quantity, it's about quality! Someone should tell these networks that.

I applied to RPM network, but with my 200 avarage views. 2x 500 last days on my old account I don't know why it's that important to have alot of videos. I have more views than some partners I see.[DOUBLEPOST=1355604896,1355604839][/DOUBLEPOST]

I'm not to sure, i'm with RM but I have 99 vids so I couldn't really tell how many they want. It's probably so they can see you are going to keep on making good content and not just stop and not make good stuff when you get partnered, they wan't to see commitment i'm guessing...

Well I have 13 videos, 12 of them are commentary and 1 is music, but it's weird, because I see a limited video requirement nowhere.

NOTE I opened a ticket to ask how much the minimum is, but they put my ticket to level 2 so I have to wait 2 days.
