Not able to reply to comments on YouTube

Hey guys, we are not able to reply to any comments on our YouTube page and wonder if anyone has had the same trouble and knows how to fix this?

Not at all or only for specific comments?
Some peoples comments you simply can't answer. I think it has something to do with the google+ account settings.

Thanks Nad, tbh we only have one user commenting regularly and I can never reply to his comments. However I just checked and I am able to comment on other videos etc. So I think you are right, its a huge relief to know what the reason is though.

I notice a problem when I'm on my iPad. I go to my Android phone and I can comment.

I mean not your google+ account settings but theirs.
It also happens to me often. I would say around 10% of the comments I can't reply.

I had the same problem but it fixed it self. You have to wait a couple of days.
