I am new to video-editing or u can say that i dont know s**t but i do know image editing(Ps cs6)
I want a really really really really simple video editing software....

If you don't want anything too complicated and are just starting out, I would recommend staying as far away from Adobe stuff as possible. If you want something simple but powerful I would recommend going with Sony Vegas. For image editing most people prefer Photoshop, but I prefer Paint.net (not actually a website). And for audio editing/recording all you really need it Audacity. That is pretty much a simple as you can get without restricting yourself due to lack of editing options.

I would suggest Sony Vegas Pro 13, but it's current price is a bit high.
I do, however, suggest to never use Windows Movie Maker or Windows Live Movie Maker for any projects you do.
Every Time someone uses that software to make a video, a panda cries.

DONT LET THE PANDAS CRY :O

But yes, like everyone else has been saying, Vegas would be your best bet! I learned everything through Youtube and it really isn't hard to pick up on! You'll do great if you just spend a little bit of time with the software!
