Non skippable adds if i join a network true or false ?

If you join a network, you will have the ability to add non skippable and long non skippable ads. Not all networks have the ability for long non skippable ads (all the major ones do though) but all have the non-skippable ad type.

These aren't exclusive to networks, if you have a reasonable following then you can easily request for them to be enabled and they will be enabled, without needing to be in a network.

Trust me i put on so many request nothing i have 5 k subscribers 8 k views a day but still nothing.. they are really pushing me to join a network lol
 
that is really strange. you are the first case i see that does not have that option on your yt dash. But non-skipable ads do not always show, they follow a strict algorithm of rules to appear. If you are considering joining a network just because you may have the option of having non-skipable ads, then that my friend, is the wrong approach. I would try to sort it out with youtube first.

probally because i am from europe and have a new account thats why i have non skippable adds
 
I think that's one of the perks of joining a network instead of using adsense, you get to use long non skippable ads.

I'm all supportive of ads, but if I watch a video with a non skippable over 15 seconds, i'll back out of it. Not a great idea IMO

If a person likes the youtuber then he/she would not care how long the ad is, most people use ad block anyways
