No Thumbnail

Hello,

Hope someone can help I have just uploaded a new video and added a thumbnail but my channel is showing the video the thumbnail is however grey with white dots. My channel is jenjbboutique if it is easy to look.

Why? How do I change it?

Your thumbnails are working fine now! sometimes processing them just takes a long time
