I hate browser add-ons, but this is the only one I use and I just had to mention it:

Adblock Plus
http://adblockplus.org/en/

It's completely free with no nagging or popups or anything. This thing wipes out all ads on YouTube (and other sites), and that includes pop-up ads on videos, those crap 30 sec ads on some videos, and even sponsored search results. That s**t is gone baby.
 
Does anyone else feel like this was the wrong forum to post this on? Imagine if I used that thing. "I make money off your views, but you ain't makin any off mine muhahahahaha" Kinda like that isn't it.

All I'm saying is, on a forum, where people are monetizing videos, trying to get some extra income cause most of us are BROKE, and we all have a sense of respect for each other, cause we're going through the same thing, and now dude comes in and says "I can skip all those ads your comrades worked so hard to put on their videos to try to make just a little bit more in these hard times" it's... it's insulting man. It's insulting. We WANT people to have ads, we WANT to watch them to SUPPORT them. You are thinking of YOU. and only YOU. I am HAPPY to see the ads on my friends' channels, I know I'm HELPING them. Anyway, very dumb post, but it's all good.
