No longer able to fix shakey videos in Youtube?

It's been very rare where I've wanted to do any enhancements through Youtube, but with today's upload, I definitely wanted to stabilize the video a bit. I went into enhancements and only see options to blur certain parts of the video or to trim the video. Have all the other tools been taken away?
 
They were removing features of the YouTube editor about a year ago:

But that above thread mentions keeping stabilization... :o It might be that they still removed it. I don't see stabilization listed under the enhancements google support page:

I thought their editor had a lot of potential, but I guess there wasn't enough usage to justify spending more money on it... :/

Thanks Katy for the info. I guess it's been a while since I tried to use that feature! It's too bad as there's things people film spontaneously and without a tripod that could use some steadying. The few times I used it, it seemed like Youtube's video stabilizing worked pretty well!
