No Fanbase :-/

I don't have any fanbase myself. I basicly got nowhere. I figured that I don't really want to continue when it's no use. They call it "the waiting game". Ok, maybe it is, but I don't want to work hard on my videos so 12 people can see it. No. I want to reach out to people and have fun with my own little community. That's why I started streaming a year and a half ago. Streaming is the thing for me because I have gotten a little fanbase and regulars who watch my streams. We have so much fun together and I get to interact with them live.

I will now use my YouTube as a "library" for my streams. (Funny moments etc..)
 
Yep, keep focusing on your own stuff and keep cranking out vids. I only have like 3 or so real fans, not counting the people that are actually in the videos and watching to see how they did. But hey, I try to keep them happy, and sometimes new people comment and subscribe. Just keep it going, dude.

But I have over 1300 subs, gain a sub everyday, but never hear from them ever again. Don't know if they watch my videos or whatever they do and that makes me sad.

I agree I would love to gain a fan-base so I know exactly what kind of an audience I'm looking at! I just started with vlogging yesterday, and I gained 8 subscribers, so I guess I'll keep doing what I'm doing and hope that works! Also- I posted in the collab forum, but I'm looking to do a vlogging collab, inbox me if interested!
 
Different people class different things as a fan base, my most viewed video has just over 2,000 views but my lest viewed is 133 views... I have 196 subs and 20,000 total views, I don't think this is much but to others it might be so just work on it each video and you'll get there x
 
If I had fans I would get them to build me a statue.

For the past 2 months of my channel I've gained some viewers that are pretty interactive and have kept up with my uploads so I'm grateful to just have them. I think having a fanbase would be too much pressure to deliver and I much rather there be no expectations lol.
 
that and your niche is hella hard to get subs in O_O whats super messed up is i have around 60k views and almost 1800 subs and ive been sulking lately cause for the past 2 days i have slow to a grinding hault O_O is this normal ?
