No Channel Growth

I have been stuck at 400 subs for the past 2 weeks now. I'm not doing anything differently but I have just stopped gaining any more subscribers. Do you guys have any tips so that I can improve my channel as a whole?
 
This might refer to an issue a lot of YouTube channels have been experiencing. A lot of sub counts are frozen at the moment, just be patient and I'm sure it will be resolved soon. :)
 
Gosh I hope my sub count has frozen, that would be terrific, I could have like 15 or something by now.

I started this out as a sort of joke of a sentence but I'd actually be thrilled if I had 15 sub's now. Sigh
 
Almost every channel goes through this sometime in their Youtube career. Its happened to me multiple times.

You just got to wait it out. Maybe upload something other than what you usually do. It may help

Right now everyone's sub count is frozen. It's a bug in YouTubes API.

When you go to your channel while signed into that account, it shows your true number of subs. (Above your avatar, near your views).

Then i still have twelve then, everywhere else it says 10.

Maybe it's because you're not doing anything different that your sub count has stayed at 400. More different videos gives you more chance to reach different audiences.
