No answer from Youtube(suspended channel)

Hello!

I had a thread open before where I described how my channel was taken down
on the 13th of August this year(three months ago). I had no copyright strikes or warnings,
and all I got was an automated message saying that I had "violated the community guidelines of youtube".

I have made two appeals, describing my situation, especially asking for a reason why and how I might be
able to get my channel back. I only got an automated answer saying that "they're looking into my arrend".
But for how long!?

This is ruining my channel and hard work. If I've violated any of the community guidelines, I think that I'm at
least entitled to know which one, and I don't think that I should have to wait for three months to get an answer.

Any good advice here would be appreciated!

Thanks! :)

Honestly I've also have had this happen to me once, all you'll get are automated messages from my experience.
YouTube doesn't have a good help support system, once you're boned you're essentially done with that account.

I wish you luck with this ordeal dude.

When I try to go to your account this is the message that pops up.

This account has been suspended due to multiple or severe violations of YouTube's policy against spam, gaming, misleading content, or other Terms of Service violations.

Did you possibly spam your videos everywhere? Posting them all over other people's comment sections? Or put tags on the video to get them to pop up more even though the tag had nothing to do with the video? Such as tagging the video naked ladies to get people to watch it and it really be a video game play through? I'm not sure what all the terms of service violations are for but those would be some things that would get your channel suspended for community guidelines.

Hi,
Have you tried reaching out to YouTube directly (i.e. via phone or an email address, rather than responding to the auto-emails)?

Seems like your best option at the moment,
Ben

Hi,
Thanks for answering! Yeah, I've realized that Youtubes support system is pretty bad.
I'll try to make some more attempts since I know people that both got a reply(from a human!), and
also got their channel back. Either way, I at least want an answer what has happened.

Thanks for your answer!
That's the message I got as well. No, I've not been spamming.
But I had some tags in the description in some of my older vids.
I was just starting to take them away(got halfways), when my channel was
suspended. The tags is the only thing that I can think of that might be the cause
of their action.
But I would definately would like to hear it from Youtube, so I know what and why!

Hello,
Thanks for your tips. I've never answered the automated mails.
I've done two appeals that you're supposdes to do via their system.
The problem is that it's so hard to get in touch with them any other way.
I tried another support mail adress, but it didn't work. A phonecall would be
nice, but is there actually a number to call?

Thanks for taking the time to check this out for me.
I'll give it a try!

Best,
Roger

Did you place keywords in your description in lists? I have witnessed a few channels recently being terminated and they were using them.
