So just a heads up this only applies to gaming channels but apparently nintendo has started to claim all of its gaming content, soundtracks, cutscenes, gameplays, even from networks like machinima...
At the moment apparently they are only monetizing the veiws and not striking channels but this is the sort of thing that people have been fearing for years.
Hopefully it's not a starting pistol for a claiming spree by all developers lol, personally I think this is a mistake by them as they'll lose a lot of free advertising for a short term monetary gain
