Nintendo SUCKS

They will be taking 50% of the revenue and not 100% of it and people will still be able to make some money. Nintendo is a company that has been going down and doing this kind of things will only hurt them some more.

Would I be notified if I get flagged or stop making revenue? Or do I just suddenly stop having money come into my account?

I don't recall being notified. Keep an eye on your Video Manager, your YouTube dashboard, and your Channel Settings/Features pages.[DOUBLEPOST=1369030099,1369029938][/DOUBLEPOST]

Please post a link of Nintendo not claiming the entire 55% share (Google gets the other 45%). If Nintendo claims the content, the YouTuber gets nothing.

Hopefully other publishers won't follow in there footsteps... Because you never know these days.

It's in twit.tv the last video for the show "this week in youtube" with Chris Pirillo. It's a long video, but they talk about it in the first 15 minutes.

Thanks for letting me know that that This Week In YouTube is live! I heard that the show was coming. I actually stopped listening to TWIT because Tech News Today is better for me. Thanks!

The video is no longer available. It says 'rejected'. It must have had copyrighted content LOL!

Do you know if the podcast is up and running?
