I think it's 50%

YouTube gets 45%, content creators get 55% of ad revenue. Maybe you're thinking about Networks that have 50/50 splits with their partners (content creators). Keep in mind, that 50/50 is a split of the 55% share. YouTube still gets their 45%.

If Nintendo is claiming the gaming videos, they are taking the 55% and Google is still getting their 45%.
