Nintendo 3DS Recordings?

I've been trying to find a way to record handhelds myself. There are methods for the PSV but they all cost around $200-300. The only other way to do it is to get a debugged/developer version which is expensive enough to not be worth buying, especially since I already got a PSV.

There's also a new model for the PS Vita that should have already released in Japan two days ago. While I don't think it has any actual video out port, there's a chance that video out cables will become available, like the PSP. I haven't seen anything about it, but it's something to be hopeful for.

Edit: I also forgot to mention the PS Vita TV. It's a Vita that connects to the TV with hdmi, so if you can record things using hdmi (not sure if you can for Sony stuff), then you can import one. Or wait for an international release, but I don't know when that will happen.

Yeah was that the smaller PSV? I read about it but vaguely remember anything as it didn't really seem appealing.

Oh yeah! I forgot about the Vita TV, I was thinking that in theory since it uses HDMI I might be able to plug it straight into 1 of my capture cards. There won't be any HDCP so I can't think of anything that would block the video signal. The vita TV should in theory detect the capture card as an output device, similar to the way it should detect a TV. I planned on getting 1 just to see Vita games on the big screen, but if it can be recorded that might change things. It would mean not only being able to record and see in a bigger screen, but it means I could play with my mate nearby without having to have them over your shoulder.
