Nicole Arbour Abused Matt Santaro

FoldingNotes

Loving YTtalk
Apparently there was recent drama about the relationship between Matt Santaro (the guy who makes lists videos) and Nicole Arbour. I watched an interview about them, and I am feeling a bit disgusted, especially the hype about the fat shaming video. The situation is going to get uglier I suppose.

I doubt anything is going to happen to her or her channel. Matt isn't talking about the situation because he wants to keep things positive. Nicole will continue to make horrible videos under the protection of Freedom of Speech. I was hoping YouTube would see it for what it really is "hate speech" and do something real but I guess you can't get everything you want.

I made a response video about the fat shaming and tbh shaming is what got me to lose 50lbs which has improved my life for better but there's a difference between shaming someone to make them feel worse and shaming them to help x

To make something really clear (I watched that video too) the person commenting is tangentially friends with Matt and doesn't really know Nicole. It's hearsay. Neither party involved has commented on it so it's ridiculous to state any abuse as fact whatsoever. I could make a video right now about how Nicole sexually assaulted me. Does that make it true?

Point is, emotions run high during break ups and they both probably said and did things they regret now. Also, slapping someone barely qualifies as physical abuse. It's not like she was slapping him every day...
