Niche: Sketches VS Vlogs VS Stuff

So I've been researching about youtube SEO and to one part that kept being brought up is doing a very specific type of content to focus on a specific audience to get everyone engaged, and that is the issue with my channel. I do practically everything, I've done sketches, vlogs, gaming, tutorials, speedarts and all sorts, the main thing I do is Sketches, next to vlogs (the sit down and talk type vlog) followed by speedarts which I'm just getting started with.

I'm not sure what I want to go with, I'm gonna scrap everything and go full focus on one niche, and I enjoy doing every one so it's touch, I get subscribers for little one off tutorial videos when I do sketches so I get a lot of inactive subscribers. I was considering doing Sketches or vlogs on my primary channel and on my other do speedarts, just not sure to choose between sketches and vlogs, I enjoy both too much!

Why not both? You can do both sketches and vlogs on one channel. I think I've seen people with vlogs, sketches, and gaming on one channel before lol.

Hey, I am actually one of your subscribers, and I like the stuff you do. You are always having fun whatever you do, and that is what is fun to watch. If there are specific types of videos that are less popular, you might want to do them less, but I am sure you have subscribers based on your work as a whole. Anyway, don't drop the vlogs and sketches, please!
