You know, I feel that I would rather have this kind of "Nice video" spam than hateful trolls so I can tolerate this. However, I do agree if it is followed by a "plz check me out" then it could be frustrating.

If it's a ''nice video'' comment and the guy doesn't look for attention on his channel, then yes it can be good if you really don't care about them actually watching your videos or not. But when I think that I am working my a** and I don't get the sincere appreciation that I need than that is another reason why youtube channels are so hard to get noticed nowadays. People just go comment that video with ''nice'' and then they leave and never come back.

Fair enough, I guess I'm not angered by that kind of stuff that easily. I guess that it is just easy for me to ignore that kind of stuff.

Tz, indeed. The first people that actually watch someone's videos when they start their channels are the ones who try to grow their channels as well, no matter what.
The more you continue to grow the channel there will also be those who just want to watch a good video for their own and laugh/ be entertained. That is where I want to get at.
