New YouTube Message System

I have found a rogue channel with copyrighted material. I am sending the original owner info so that they can file a copyright complaint and we can get the channel shut down. When I click the about page and click the Send Message button, sometimes it looks like this instead of going to my inbox to send the message.

Nope, three copyright strikes and the channel goes bye, bye! If I don't find other people to help, I can get it done by filing three different videos of mine that are stolen.
