Hello,so I am in Hospital and I check my youtube sometimes and I found that still no one has the new layout...When it will be ?

The bigger channels are getting it at the moment, but as far as I know it'll be site-wide from 1st March

It was supposed to be February 22. Then, sometime in March, everyone was going to be forced to switch over. I suppose that was a mere rumor though.
