the psd file doesnt work on my computer, and the .png doesn't download- it just shows a picture of it... what am I doing wrong?

Youtube is going to force me into the new channel design in 3 days and I wanted to make my banner before then

Awesome template for everyone, however I've noticed that depending on the computer the size will still vary (I.E. the view on a laptop will differ from the view on an actual desktop)
