Hi guys,
I am new to this forum and I would like to share why I started with YouTube. I work as regional manager in fitness industry, and my channel is related to what I do every day. I want to help people with all questions/concerns they might have. Most of my future videos will be related to that. I want to open my own fitness studio and YouTube can be a great exposure for that, but to be honest I like the idea to have few bucks from YT as well. I will try to post 1 video each week, to be consistent, but it is not that easy!
One thing that I don't like about "famous" fitness YouTubers is that not all the time their content is 100% truth. My idea is to have as close to 100% truth as possible.
I started my channel 20 days ago and I have 60 subs and 160 hrs of views. Not bad for beginner . During Covid-19 time I have started learning video editing, SEO, digital marketing etc., however, videos are not at the quality I would like them to be, but I am trying to improve with each video.
My expectation is to wait 9 months until I fulfill requirement (4K hrs and 1,000 subs), is that realistic? The biggest issue that I have had since I started my channel is subscribers. It seemed that my videos have decent views, first video has 1.4K views, second and third 500 views, but I do not have subs as I expected. Like 110 new per month, is that because my videos are bad or this is normal among starters?
I would appreciate any feedback
