Hello everyone my name is Richard and new to this forum but not YouTube or the internet. I have videos I want to list on youtube but I'm a little which software to use to edit and rank the videos when complete.

Wait so are you asking what software is best when editing videos or are you trying to create a list within a video of the best editing software? Cause for both, it kind of varies based off things like budget, experience and how powerful you require the program to be
