Do you know, I have noticed a speed up today, literally refreshes the page in about half a second, amazing!

I'm not sure if it's just psychological suggestion because I saw your post, but it DOES seem a tad faster.

A couple of members were generous and donated some YTCash to me when they found out I was going to hold an art contest. It turns out contests scare legal experts, so I'm trying to return the YTCash to the senders.

Are you still getting it? What was the exact error? I have just tried transferring some there and it is fine.
