New Multi Admin Channel?

Does anyone have any good guides to set up a channel to allow multiple users to be admins on the account? Our clan is planning to create a branded channel, but our leader struggled to figure it out. Frankly, I haven't run into it in my time with YT since that would be a bad move with my personal channel, but have any of you created something like this?

Yeah Use Google + and assign your team Manager Privileges ( but know this they will have the ability to change anything you can )

If you're going to go with admins, you'd might as well just open the channel and give everyone the password. The privileges are the same.

Thats Very true thats why i added the "but know this they will have the ability to change anything you can" If they upload and breach TOS its on you

All of t his can be done via Google+. Just login there and you should be able to just set up different profiles to be managers.
