In summary, before only independent creators (people who strikely stuck to adsense partnership) were affected by copyright strikes. Now, if you're with a MCN (network) if you get too many copyright strikes you have to go by the same policy. If you get too many strikes, your monetization will be disabled for a period of upto 6 months until your account is back in good standing.

But i don't have a strikes I have blocked videos before 20.10.2014 is that can affect to monetization on my channel ?

Don't think blocked videos count. Good if you don't have any strikes, you're fine as long as you don't.

You get strikes from uploading copyrighted content, so just keep track of what you use
