New Layout on 22nd of Feb...Not Really?

Hi there, so this whole new channel layout, that not so many people are looking forward to, was said to arrive on the 22nd of February, and it looks like it hasn't. Not that i'm complaining But the day isn't completely over, yet, so I guess there is still time, but as the looks of things there hasn't been any word of opting in yet. But hey, nothing ever goes exact to plan!

Yes, they're changing it slowly. They've opened up the program, and will do this until the current one is removed.

Most Big Youtubers Got it today and we should be getting it on the 1st of march i think.
