New Layout- Networks and Designers Fall :(

Cost will NOT be going down. We are working on the same area. No designer used the sides, so in reality we are doing the same, if not more work on the new layout. Don't expect to be charged less, designers will not change their fees, at least not the professionals.
 
Saying designers could loose business is a huggggggggge understatement, in the old layout you could design/put links and social media icons and put videos on the banner and lots of cool stuffs.

But with the new layout it`s really just going to be writing text or designing a logo and overlaying it over some background, so maybe 1-3$ worth of work, down from 5-15$

I wasn't expecting anything, just a thought considering there is less amount to design...

I was meaning as in prices may drop as the amount of area to design is less
 
All I can say on the designer side is...boring. Simply boring, I find no fun in designing a piece that will only have a real impact on a 1280x350 rectangle...
