New Custom URL terms

so I now qualify for the new custom URL.....now what? I read the instructions and it says to go in the creator studio and look for "Get a new custom URL". I can't find that anywhere....can someone point that out for me please?[DOUBLEPOST=1426260597,1426260121][/DOUBLEPOST]

I don't see that for my channel yet. I clicked on "view all" notifications but not there either...maybe takes a few days for YT to update it for me?
 
Does anyone know if there is a bug in this system?

I made a new channel and it has hit the requirements. I also have a verified website under it as well as another one and I have no option to update the url =X
It says I will find the option under the dashboard notification section but no such luck =X
 
I don't know if it is a bug, but it is crazy. the whole system is crazy, so hard to find anything since it's connected with google+ Everyone says I could change my url without reaching 500 because my google+ PAGE is verified. I do have an option on youtube which says: "Your channel is eligible for a new custom URL!" but when I click on it, it just takes me to my google+ HOME page... that's it. There is no any other url options there... makes me so mad, seriously.

My google+ page doesn't give me the option to add a website to be verified, the only way I found to do that, is if I were to make my page in the My business section. I'm not quite sure what I'm doing wrong here, or if things have changed with the way Google+ works.
 
I'm pretty sure I set my URL as AmberAndGolden back when i first created my channel back in what, 2013? Now my channel is just a random URL with letters and numbers ect.. Is this because I have less than 500 subscribers?
