New Collab Channel

Hey all!

Hope all is well in the YTTalk land. Anyway. let's get right to it.

Back in 2011 I had a gaming channel, I'd post the regular gaming vids as usual, and then I decided to look around for someone to network with. I found someone, we ended up talking thru YT msgs, then it turned into Skype. Needless to say, our "YT friendship" turned into an actual friendship.

We decided that we're going to start a collab channel. We're starting it Monday, when.... da da da da!!! He's coming here to visit for the week from Atlanta. I live in Ontario Canada, so it's about a 13 hour drive. I know I know, you all are probably saying "but you met him on the internet!!!!!!!11111lL!!L!" Yes I know we met on the internet, but, we've been talking for a good year almost daily and have become pretty good friends, we talk on Skype daily, and well, we consider ourselves to be "good friends"..

So, question. Has anyone else here ever met anyone on YouTube? Have you ever met them in real life? I met another gaming Youtuber, he has about 12k subs, then another guy who lives in the same city as me, Gunns4Hire, I met him and talk with him daily as well. He had a channel with 190k subs and his collab channel with his buddy who lives in LA and they have 200k subs. So, I've met quite a few people thru YouTube, and now we're kind of taking it to the "next level" of meeting in real life. So I just wanted to know who's all done that as well!

Hahahaha you are asking the right forum this question. We have regular hangouts as a forum, and there have been some in the flesh meetups in canada. I even have someone coming to visit me in a few months but I don't wanna say who as I'm not sure they're ok with anyone knowing :)

hahahaha well we're planning on vlogging, and the person may not even care, we just haven't discussed if we're going to tell people or not so I don't wanna volunteer the info until we've talked about it :)

Right on. Like I said, my buddy's coming from Georgia and he's vlogging the entire way here (obviously not while driving lol) but he's gonna vlog different stop he makes and stuff, basically just the trip here, then we're gonna do some crazy vlogs together and have a hell of a time! It's super exciting to actually hang out and meet someone who has the same interests as you! All hail Youtube!

where do you guys live? I'm jealous LMAO[DOUBLEPOST=1371340814,1371340741][/DOUBLEPOST]and yeah while we're not hanging out in person, this whole forum is just that. People excited to find like minded people who do what they do and love to be crazy together :)
