I made a quick video on this today. There is a template that youtube put out. If you search 'Channel art guidelines' in google, click on the first result, and it will give you a template you can download.

Put is it a .psd? Because a lot of people needed that so I just copied the one on the Channel Art Guidlines page and edited it slightly and made it a psd.
