Hey Guys does anyone have a template or the dimensions for the New YouTube Banner?

Ok now ths might help me. Last night I tried the new look, and tried to make the channel art, but when I uploaded I barely could see the art, but I see here that I should keep the main part of my art in the green.

So if I get this right, on some devices only the green part will show, but on other devices you might see some of the red? is that correct?

actually in all devices the green area will show, the yellow will be the desktop visible area and the Red is the TV area!
