New camera for Christmas, any advice?

I would definitely recommend the EOS 650D. i just purchased it and it works great. The video is crystal clear and it has an external mic port. I got a special deal of $1299 SGD for kit II and i also got the kit 1 lens with it. Like mentioned before the flip out screen is also very helpful!
 
Is the t3i that much better than the t2i or should I go for the latter if I saw a substantial price difference?
