That would be Wix ads, so yes you are correct it is a ad. I also happen to got one from grammar app, i thought the video was bug and the icon was something but it was a ad.

Moved to the monetization forum.

It looks like a "sponsored card" ad.

The same thing happend to me. I use adblocker but it still appear, so it must be a very new type ad. But it looks broken af, the way it covers the tekst.
