What RedFox says. And all that depends, usually though you get extra music/vfx, actual support from a live person, a community to engage with, etc. Usually forth the few cents a month they take.

Yeah, I think the problem is I'm comparing for example the 60% - 40% split and not the money. Of course they can not do much when they only earn a few cents, but I see it like this: I almost give them half of my money and I do all the work and get no special support from them.

You keep sticking to the 60-40% split when there are many networks that don't take that much. From my experience, 30% seems closer to the norm.
Also, with many, you do get special support. The bigger you get, the more the networks get paid - so they often have specialized people on staff available to help, assist, answer any questions, and to make sure you're doing everything you can to promote, tag, and label your videos correctly.
Yes, with a little legwork you can find answers to the bulk of questions they could help you with (this place being a great example), but that still takes time and effort... so you're still paying for it one way or another.
From what I've seen, no, a network can't promote you to a million subs... but, if you're a small channel, they can give you the quick boost that's needed to reach the next level.
Note that I am not in and never have been in a network, but even I can easily see the benefits of joining one. If I were still a small channel, I wouldn't hesitate. If you can find a good one (they do exist), it's easily worth the few dollars you'd be giving them.

we are not here to give any charity to other networks and what do you think that a Network means from your end
the network means they have to give some thing more what we are expecting from youtube that is why we are offering and giving permission to our owned youtube channel

Networks provide a service, if you're a small YouTube who is hardly making any money anyway, what's wrong with giving the equivalent of 2c a month away to a network..? In most networks (all the good ones anyway), you retain complete controll over your content/rights.
It's really not as evil as you think.. It's not charity. The networks are the ones giving a lot of small youtubers charity because they will hardly ever make any money from you.

I don't even monetize right now 'cause the money is soooo low. Freedom! is pretty good with growth, they feature small channels and they have giveaways for anyone.

Well that's a lie. Pretty much every network will release you at the end of your contract, unless you join a super shady operated out of a shed MCN..

If someone joins a network (MCN or VN or other wise) and thinks they're instantly going to start seeing passive growth out of no where or get access to thousands of dollars worth of resources outside of music libraries, then that person is delusional. These networks are businesses and economically it makes zero sense for them to be offering paid product sponsorships, paid marketing campaigns, and other paid services. All for the split they take?
Let's be realistic for a second here. If people are indeed joining these networks thinking they're going to get a bunch of stuff for the revenue split, then they need to take some classes in economics and business so they can understand that no business would ever spend thousands on someone who isn't generating thousands in channel revenue in return.
Most small channels that join networks and simply take advantage of the passive features, such as music libraries, are a huge cost to the network. So you want assistance with graphics, animation, intros, outros, end cards, thumbnails, SEO, etc. for your channel? Learning these things on your own are extremely valuable skill sets.
It always feels like when people preach not to join networks they never really fully understand the benefits of being in one.
With all of that being said, if you have the skill sets and knowledge to grow your own channel and don't make video game content, more power to you for running off Ad Sense and brand deal income.
