Never ending (and broken) video uploading

My only other suggestion would be to switch to the old classic app and use the old version of the uploader.

I tried it already (mentioned in post #3)

I noticed another weird thing - I copied the film from PC (connected to internet via cable) to pendrive and pasted it in my laptop (Wi-Fi), and tried to upload it from there. Know what? The whole process was succesfull and without progress bar bug (film isn't public atm).

It's ssomething to do with the PC or network connection on that PC then.
