Never ending (and broken) video uploading

Dear Community,

I try to upload a 1,4GB file, it should take for my connection (in theory) around 3,5 hours. But even after 6 or more hours the video is still uploading and what is the most weird - the % of progress looks like it's completely broken. At 2:30pm YT showed the video is uploaded in 36%. At 2:34pm there was 28%. At 3:10pm - 38% and at 3:14pm - 30%. So I feel like the whole uploading process is bugged or something. Anybody know what should I do to succesfully upload a file? Because I doubt it will ever happen if I won't change something.
I tried to re-upload it few times (also yesterday) but the problem still occurs.
Here are screenshots of what I wrote about:

I uploaded recently smaller videos (not larger than 300MB) and despite bugged percentage bar, the video uploaded succesfully.

Hi

Are you sure it hasn't uploaded? Something similar happened to me a few weeks ago - It said it wasn't finished on that screen but the video was completely there in "video manager".

Thanks for reply. Yes, I'm sure. I checked the list in YT Studio and there was info that film is still uploading. I also opened the link of this film to be 100% sure if it's uploaded or not but it wasn't, I couldn't watch it.

And what I didn't mention earlier, I switched to classic version of upload and it also didn't help.

My advice would be to disable any adblockers and other plugins, clear cache and cookies and try again. :)

I used CCleaner to remove cache, cookies etc. and disabled uBlock Origin. Sadly, it didn't help.

Right after I picked video to upload (maybe after 2-3 seconds), % bar showed 24% (!!!) and a moment later it got back to 21%... This is just ridiculous... I don't know what is happening... few years ago I uploaded a couple of even bigger videos (3-4 GB) and everything worked fine but now... I'm out of words already...

Upload is 0.97 Mbps (DL is 8.4 Mbps and ping 43 ms) which is normal for my connection. Of course there are some moments that my connection drastically slows down but it doesnt last long (just 1-2 mins) and do not happen pretty often (maybe 2-3 times per day).

I'd like to show you how my uploading looks:

Something is definitely broken there.

Yeah, that is weird. I think it goes quickly to 30% (or whatever) because it detects it failed at that point in the past. That usually happens if you haven't cleared cache and internet temporary files properly. Could you try deleting it manually rather than using that utility program?

Another suggestion would be to change the name of the file and try again. Also maybe trying with a different browser ? :)

Here's what I did:
- installed Chrome (a browser I haven't used at current PC before)
- changed filename of the film I want to upload
- moved the file to other partition
Result? The same. Even in completely new browser the upload bar hits +/- 30% a second after uploading...

Cache and temp files in Firefox removed manually but it also didn't help.

Btw, during upload of the desktop record above, % bar hit 100% instantly but I had to wait around 2 minutes to have this file uploaded. I searched Google YT support forum and I haven't found any similiar issues, so I wonder why so weird bug happens only to me?

I've had an issue where the progress bar was stuck on about 65% for ages and didn't move. But when I checked my channel in another tab, the video was already uploaded and ready.

Someone else reported upload issues here -> http://yttalk.com/threads/video-not-processing-shall-i-kill-my-channel-and-start-a-new-one.292998/

My only other suggestion would be to switch to the old classic app and use the old version of the uploader.
