430,000

My Top Countries are
United States (35%)
Canada
Germany
United Kingdom
Japan ( Someone shared my video in japanese forums and i got some like 10k views from there)
Average view duration is 2:00

I was thinking of leaving adsense because i feel like i am getting low CPM i get 2.2$ CPM and Sometimes it gets above 3$ but not too much.
I think i could get more CPM with a network maybe.
So which netowork would be good? my Channel is gaming channel. ( I dont have any issues with copyrights to monetize they get monetize as game gave permission to youtube)
Or should i continue with Adsense as i dont want to get locked in any network and later regret
Is there any network which gives fixed RPM/CPM contract?bcs one guy said to me that if ur getting good views u can get fixed contract

Personally I would stay put. You might get a higher CPM, but your going to have to share your revenue with that network so might not work out as good as you think.

I don't know of any networks that give a fixed CPM. Even if they did, I wouldn't take the deal. They will not give you a deal that pays you more than your channel can earn.

Thanks for your reply
Anymore people who can help?

I do not mean this in a negative fashion but from reading your posts, I am going to guess that english is not your first language. Channels marketing outside of North America and a number of European countries very often don't get a good CPM. This is due in large part to a lack of advertisers competing for the views which lowers the price they pay. A network is not likely to fix this problem as the majority of network served ads come from Adsense in the first place.

Now, that said if you can find a network dedicated to the country you're in, then there is the possibility of their own outside sales but you will want to confirm with them that they actually sell their own ads. Partnering with one of the major networks (Maker/Fullscreen/Curse/Machinima/etc) won't do you much good as they sell ads to american companies who want to focus those ads on people more likely to buy their products in their own country.

My assumption about your language may be wrong, so please correct me if that is the case. I mean no offense by the comment, it's just an observation.
