not sure if correct section but hey! too late! ;)
im doing a 24 hour livestream (elder scrolls online) for extra life (charity)
i need about 1.25 hours of pre recorded footage for the breaks (24 hours is too long to stream non-stop lol)
so i ask you this,
if you have a video which you are proud of and IS HIGH QUALITY! which is prefferably >5-10 minutes then please post a link. if i like it (i probs will) then i will contact you for the right to use it in the ad breaks :)
i will show your video on the stream with a link to your channel etc... these breaks are every 4 hours and last for 15 minutes. it will be to a medium audience and will get you some exposure.
space is limited so reply asap :)
reply with any questions etc

what i need:
A LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT WHICH ALLOWS ME TO USE YOUR VIDEO ONCE WITH OR WITHOUT MONETISATION ON TWITCH.TV
a high quality video (of course)

what i can give:
a shoutout/links
some/no/loads exposure

what i cannot guarantee:
that the audience will like the video... i dont know them and they might hate... be prepared for this
a ton of exposure-dont expect a ton of people flooding into your channel. if it gets no exposure-not my problem.... if it gets tons of exposure and it goes viral-not my problem (but well done!)

REMINDER: THIS IS FOR CHARITY, ALL PROCEEDS GO TO CHARITY SO I CANNOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO YOU FOR SUBMISSIONS... I CAN HOWEVER, THANK YOU AND GIVE YOU ADVICE ETC BLAH BLAH BLAH :)
 
i have speed drawings that are 3 - 5 minutes but just under 5, but the best ones are around 3 minutes in length. plus i have no experience in making a contract.

its just a disclaimer saying i have permission to use the video! and since there is an anticipated large audience-i think its reasonable dont you? :)[DOUBLEPOST=1391448562][/DOUBLEPOST]

Ok, I have a video rendering and its the best out of the lot its 5 minutes in length. will take 2 hours 30 minutes - 3 hours. I do not know how to make a disclaimer so i could message you on youtube saying you can use the video will that be ok?

One more question when will you be doing the live streaming so i know roughly how much time i have.

oh the livestream is when eso comes out so there is enough time,
as for the disclaimer;
an example: "i give you permission to use my video in your livestream but only for that livestream and nothing else" that sort of ting.
im only doing this 'cos in the past there have been issues with copyright :)
