Request Need Twitch Livestream Banner!

I have been on youtube for a while now and have had channel graphics created for me from people on this site, and continue to look here for graphics as i know the quality of work that people can produce.

Although I have already been on youtube, i am new to twitch and am in need of a banner to go on top of the stream with my name and twitter etc.

Anybody that would be interested add me on skype or reply to this and we could come to some arrangement.
