I can offer you my services:
You need a good profile pic (for youtube) and a banner, i can do both for 15$
About thumbnails, i charge 2$ each (can be discussed) and 5$ for the ones that have a branding logo on the side (if you wanna be really pro looking
)
If you prefer, for your Gears of War series (i checked your channel out) you might wanna have the template and just modify the episode number, i can send you the photoshop project file (if 'you have photoshop) it will cost you 25$ (considering you will make more than 10 thumbnails out of it, it's a good price).
