I would advise you get photoshop or gimp, some free GFX packs and learn how to do it yourself. Its an awesome skill how to use photoshop and it will really help out if you are planning with sticking on youtube for a long time

I have a very....VERY basic knowledge of Photoshop and Gimp and while I understands its vital to be versatile in both programs I simply cannot afford to dedicate time on it at the moment. So for now I will elect to hiring somebody. Thanks for the advice though.
