Need some help With New Channel

I've Got It
Hey guys I'm PraiseTyler and i made my gaming channel on youtube about a week ago and have two videos up because i told myself that my schedule would be every wednesday and Saturday. So i uploaded my two videos already and was wondering what am i missing/doing wrong so i can work on it. I'm new to youtube so I thought you guys could review my channel and tell what i need to improve on. Anyway thank you for taking the time out to read this and helping become one step closer to becoming a great youtuber!!!
 
I don't watch too many gaming channels, so not sure if this will help, but here are my thoughts:

Did you create your intro? If you did, the red text is hard to read. Maybe add a black outline or change the font.
The second part of your intro, when you talk about likes/subscribing seems like it'd be better placed at the end of your video and should be worded in a better way so it doesn't just look thrown together.

I wasn't quite sure what to critique on the game play commentary, but it seems like you know your stuff and have good audio levels and a good personality.

I would say to maybe redo the banner. It not bad but the shattered letter images(i know where you got them, I use them sometimes) but shrink them down a little and but filter over them to make them blend. I love your profile pic. You might wanna consider looking on the forums for some free GFX(no hate just a suggestion)

thanks for help i'll change it up as soon as possible was there anything wrong with my channel or is that it?
